Refund and Returns Policy
In the unlikely event that you have any issues with your purchase please inform the delivery driver and inform G L Home and Garden by phone or email so we can advise you on the best course of action.
Always examine the packaging at the point of delivery. It is your responsibility to inform us of any damage to products within 48 hours of delivery.
You have 14 days from date of delivery to notify G L Home and Garden if you wish to return goods. With returned goods, please ensure that the goods are in their original packaging and are in resalable condition and have not been in use.
Refunds for returned items will be credited by the same method used for the original payment. Once the goods have been returned to G L Home and Garden and have been inspected, a refund will take place as quickly as possible.
Please notify us immediately if any incorrectly supplied goods have been sent to you, within 48 hours.
